Blending of Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc.

Grapes are harvested at maturity.
Grapes are immediately pressed when they arrive at the winery. Settling is carried out by cold-stabilizing
after 24 hours.The temperatures of fermentation are contained between 16 and 20°C.
The wine is aged in vats without malolactic fermentation.
Bottling is performed at the end of winter.
Colour: pale yellow and limpid.
Nose: green apple, hawthorn and white
Palate: fresh and well-balanced, lot of fatness and length.
