Characteristics and production process:
The grapes are generally harvested at the middle of October, pressed with elimination of stalks and vinified in red (must an skins are left in contact for
10/15 days). Pumpovers are carried out daily for a better extraction of aromas and color. Once fermentation is finished, the wine is separated from the marcs,
aged in steel for 3-4 months and cold stabilized. Then it is filtered and bottled, to be put on the market about a month after the bottling.

Nose: Clear, characteristic, with fruity (red berries), spicy and lightly herbaceous scents
Taste: Mild, dry, medium-bodied, well-structured
